The Good Loft Company was started by John Somerville in 1986. It remains a small friendly company specialising in high quality loft conversions in the Brighton and Hove area.
We have converted many roof spaces over the past 23 years, giving valuable, much needed extra room for expanding families, self contained flatlets or even home offices. We can advise you on the best layout, help you with planning regulations, building and fire regulations, in fact we take the stress out of the project allowing you to just concentrate on what colour you want the walls!
